中国—东盟日化行业合作委员会宗旨与职能 

中国—东盟日化行业合作委员会宗旨是促进中国与东盟日化行业及其企业在中国—东盟自由贸易区中优势互补，共同发展，其主要职能是：

1. 推动中国与东盟日化行业的交流，通过信息交流、会议展览、能力培训等各类活动，为区域内日化行业企业合作创造机会；

2. 鼓励支持各国日化行业企业之间进行多种方式的合作；

3. 推动区域内各国降低日化行业企业在区域国家投资与发展的门槛；

4. 促进建立统一的电子口岸数据平台，相互简化出入境手续，简化区域内日化行业企业的手续，加快通关速度，提高通关效率；

5. 定期组织召开日化行业对接会议；

6. 向各国政府有关部门提出意见和建议，积极协调企业与政府部门之间的关系；

7. 相互介绍本国日化行业企业发展规划，平等协商中国—东盟自贸区内物日化行业发展的重大事项；

8. 加强物日化行业与其他相关行业的沟通与协作，推动区域日化行业企业获得更大的发展；

9. 推广中国与东盟日化行业企业合作的成功经验，提升企业价值，树立品牌形象；

10. 协助协商解决委员会成员之间的经贸合作产生的纠纷。

The aim of the Committee is to achieve advantage-complementary and common development between Daily-used Chemical industries and enterprises of China and ASEAN countries under the framework of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area. Major functions of the Committee are:
 
1. Promoting exchanges between China-ASEAN Daily-used Chemical industry through activities such as information exchanges, conventions and exhibitions to create cooperation opportunities for Daily-used Chemical enterprises in the region.  
 
2. Encourage and support enterprises of the countries to cooperate through various ways.
 
3. Promote countries to lower the threshold for enterprises to invest and develop in other countries  in the region .
 
4. Promote the establishment of e-port information data, simplify mutual entry and exit procedures, simplify Daily-used Chemical procedures, accelerate the speed and improve efficiency of clearance. 
 
5. Organize Daily-used Chemical industry matchmaking conferences regularly;
 
6. Put forward suggestions to governments of all countries, actively coordinate relations between enterprises and governments;
 
7. Introduce development plan of Daily-used Chemical industry of one’s country, equally negotiate major events of Daily-used Chemical industry in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
 
8. Strengthen communication and coordination between Daily-used Chemical industry and other industries, enabling the industry within this region to achieve greater development.
 
9. Spread successful experience of cooperation between China and ASEAN countries, enhance corporate value and establish brand image.
 
10. Assisting in coordinating and solving economic and trade disputes between Committee members.
